We will only manage your post(s) for you on your assigned social media account(s), but we do not manage your followers, comments, etc. The only management for assigned social media accounts are for post(s) only, depending on the service you have subscribed to, please check your account information on what is available to you in your account. Or contact us for information about your account.
We will not use your social media accounts, or resell it for any purpose other than the purpose of our subscription plan for post(s) into your social media account. The only purpose use of your social media account(s) are for the post(s) on your behalf. We will not be held liable for any abuse post, posted by another third party you might have assigned other than Kadupul.
We will not be held liable for the termination of your account by the social media platform due to faults made on your own accord.
We are not responsible for information on your social media account(s), or maintenance’s of your social media account(s). We are not responsible for any privacy issues, such as, but not limited to, stolen account information, security breach, hackers, or spammers, relating to your account. All social media account(s) are unrelated to Kadupul, if questions about your social media account(s) please contact the social media original website.

Cereus User Agreement
Please read this agreement carefully before installing or using this product.
If you agree to all of the terms of this User Agreement, by checking the box or clicking the button to confirm your acceptance when you first create your account to the web application, you are agreeing to all the terms of this agreement. Also, by downloading, installing, using, or copying this web application, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this User Agreement, you are agreeing to all the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not check the box or click the button and/or do not use, the web application, and uninstall the web application from all your server that you own or control.
Note: With Kadupul Cereus, we are using the official Social Media API (Facebook, Twitter etc, except Instagram) which is available on Developer Center. That is a reason why this script depends on Social Media API (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc). Therefore, we are not responsible if they made too many critical changes in their side. We also don’t guarantee that the compatibility of the script with Social Media API will be forever. Although we always try to update the latest version of script as soon as possible. We don’t provide any refund for all problems which are originated from Social Media API (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc).

Parodia User Agreement
If you agreed to all of the terms of this User Agreement, by creating a user account on https://parodia.kadupul.store, you have agreed to the following terms.
Parodia is our cloud storage platform that makes it possible for you to backup certain files, (example, copy of your photos, videos, data files, sounds and any other files.) Parodia is a web application where you may store all your files within Kadupul Parodia’s platform, however, we are not responsible for any files that might accidentally get deleted on your account. We are not responsible for any illegal files that were obtained by you illegally. We are not responsible for whom you may share your file links with, and we are not responsible for contents you may upload onto your account.
By creating a user account on https://parodia.kadupul.store you have agreed that any files you have uploaded onto your responsibility, and therefore are not associated with Kadupul.

You cannot use our site to post pornographic material, harass people, send spam, and do other crazy stuff. Be reasonable and responsible, don’t do anything stupid, and you’ll be fine.
Content in the Services

Kadupul reserves the right to moderate, publish, re-publish, and use all user generated contributions and comments (including but not limited to reviews, profile pictures, comments, likes, favorites, votes) posted on the website as it deems appropriate (whether in whole or in part) for its product(s), whether owned or affiliated. Kadupul is not liable to pay royalty to any user for re-publishing any content across any of its platforms.
If you submit any material on the website, you agree thereby to grant Kadupul the right to use, moderate, publish any such work worldwide for any of its product(s), whether owned of affiliated.
You understand that by using the Services you may be exposed to Content that you may find offensive, indecent or objectionable and that, in this respect, you use the Services at your own risk.
Your photos/videos will preserve whatever copyright they had before uploading to this site. We will protect the copyright and we will not sell your photos/videos or any other data without your permission.
Proprietary Rights
You acknowledge and agree that Kadupul (or Kadupul’s licensors) own all legal right, title and interest in and to the Services, including any intellectual property rights which subsist in the Services (whether those rights happen to be registered or not, and wherever in the world those rights may exist). Each party acknowledges and agrees that any Confidential Information received from the other party will be the sole and exclusive property of the other party and may not be used or disclosed except as necessary to perform the obligations required under this Agreement.
